Connecticut Title 38a — Connecticut law

The Insurance Commissioner may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to establish security and privacy standards consistent with Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Modernization Act of 1999, Public Law 106-102 (15 USC 6801 et seq.).
