Sections 38a-91 to 38a-91d, inclusive, shall apply to licensed insurers either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state having in effect a substantially similar law. All provisions of sections 38a-129 to 38a-140, inclusive, to the extent they are not superseded by sections 38a-91 to 38a-91d, inclusive, shall continue to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject to said sections 38a-91 to 38a-91d, inclusive.(P.A. 92-112, S. 9, 35.)
