§ 38a-400

Connecticut Title 38a — Connecticut law

(a) Sections 38a-400 to 38a-425, inclusive, shall be known and may be cited as the 'Connecticut Title Insurance Act'.(b) The purpose of said sections is to provide the state of Connecticut with a comprehensive body of law for the effective regulation and supervision of title insurance business transacted within this state in response to the McCarran-Ferguson Act, 15 USC Sections 1011 to 1015, inclusive, as from time to time amended.(P.A. 90-218, S. 1.)
