If any provision of section 38a-564, 38a-566, 38a-567 or 38a-569 is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of said sections that can be given effect without the invalid provisions.(P.A. 90-134, S. 27, 28; P.A. 15-247, S. 37.)History: P.A. 15-247 replaced 'to 38a-572, inclusive' with '38a-566, 38a-567 or 38a-569' and made technical changes, effective July 10, 2015.
