Any policies, certificates, booklets, termination notices or other written communications delivered by an insurer or other person utilizing the services of a third-party administrator to such third-party administrator for delivery to such insurer's or other person's insureds shall be delivered by the third-party administrator promptly after receipt of instructions to deliver them from an insurer or other person utilizing the services of the third-party administrator.(P.A. 11-58, S. 29.)
