§ 38a-962a

Connecticut Title 38a — Connecticut law

The provisions of sections 38a-129, 38a-140 and 38a-962 to 38a-962j, inclusive, shall apply to: (1) All domestic insurers, and (2) any other insurer doing business in this state whose state of domicile has asked the commissioner to apply the provisions of said sections to such insurer.(P.A. 92-93, S. 33.)
