Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the commissioner may meet with a supervisor appointed under sections 38a-129, 38a-140 and 38a-962 to 38a-962j, inclusive, and with the attorney or other representative of the supervisor, without the presence of any other person, at the time of any proceeding or during the pendency of any proceeding held under authority of said sections to carry out the commissioner's duties under said sections or for the supervisor to carry out his duties under said sections.(P.A. 92-93, S. 40; P.A. 10-5, S. 47.)History: P.A. 10-5 made a technical change, effective May 5, 2010.
