§ 38a-1023

If any provision of subsection (e) of section 31-288 or section 31-289b, 31-316, 31-345 or 38a-1000 to 38a-1023, inclusive, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is subsequently held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of said sections.(P.A. 96-267, S. 24.)
