(a) On or before November first, annually, each fire training school which received state funds for the current fiscal year shall submit a report, through the Connecticut State Firemen's Association, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies, through the legislative Office of Fiscal Analysis.
