Connecticut Title 4 — Connecticut law

Grants under section 4-124hh shall be awarded based on the following order of priority:(1) Grants that focus on key technology areas to give Connecticut a competitive advantage in the knowledge economy;(2) Grants that create certificate and degree programs to encourage talent generation;(3) Grants that promote multi-institutional collaboration across public and private institutions of higher education;(4) Grants that involve multiple activities, enhance research capabilities, promote applied research collaborations and advance the commercialization of research of institutions of higher education; and(5) Grants that include matching funds from institutions of higher education, technology-focused organizations or business entities.(P.A. 05-198, S. 3.)History: P.A. 05-198 effective July 1, 2005.
