There is established an account to be known as the 'agricultural sustainability account' which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund. The account shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the account. Moneys in the account shall be expended by the Commissioner of Agriculture for the purpose of providing agricultural assistance pursuant to section 22-265b.(P.A. 09-229, S. 29.)History: P.A. 09-229 effective July 1, 2009.
