§ 4.163

(a) Any claimant who practices or attempts to practice fraud upon the state in the statement, proof or allowance of a claim shall forfeit such claim to the state. The tribunal before which such claim is pending shall specially find such fraud and it shall enter its judgment or order of forfeiture.(b) Any person who knowingly presents or attempts to present and any person who knowingly participates in the preparation, presentation or allowance of a false or fraudulent claim shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
