Any officer, agent or servant of a carrier who, with intent to defraud, issues or aids in issuing a bill for goods knowing that it contains any false statement shall, for each offense, be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year or both.(1949 Rev., S. 6611.)
