No apartment listing service shall advertise the availability of a specific apartment for rent without first obtaining the written authorization of the owner of such apartment or his authorized agent. All such written authorizations shall be retained at the place of business of the apartment listing service for a period of three years.(P.A. 81-166, S. 7.)
