With respect to a dealer, manufacturer or distributor, as defined in section 42-133r, of motor homes, as defined in section 14-1, the provisions of sections 42-133r to 42-133ee, inclusive, applicable to any such dealer, manufacturer or distributor shall be the provisions of said sections 42-133r to 42-133ee, inclusive, in effect on January 1, 2009.(P.A. 09-187, S. 61.)History: P.A. 09-187 effective July 8, 2009.
