The Commissioner of Consumer Protection may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to carry out the provisions of sections 42-330 to 42-333, inclusive. Such regulations may establish an alternative dispute resolution program to investigate and adjudicate disputes arising under sections 42-330 to 42-333, inclusive.(P.A. 97-100, S. 5; June 30 Sp.
