(a) A person that uses an electronic agent for authentication, agreement or performance is bound by the operations of the electronic agent even if no person was aware of or reviewed the electronic agent's actions or the results of the operations.(b) Whether a lease contract is formed by the interaction of electronic agents or the interaction of an electronic agent and a person is determined by section 42a-2A-206.(P.A. 02-131, S. 19.)
