If a default occurs, the aggrieved party may recover compensation for the loss resulting in the ordinary course from the default as determined under sections 42a-2A-716 to 42a-2A-737, inclusive, or as determined in any reasonable manner, together with incidental damages and consequential damages, less expenses and costs saved as a result of the default.(P.A. 02-131, S. 58.)
