Remedies for material misrepresentation or fraud include all remedies available under this article for nonfraudulent default. Rescission or a claim for rescission of a lease contract or rejection or return of the goods does not bar and is not inconsistent with a claim for damages or other remedy.(P.A. 02-131, S. 65.)
