The Commissioner of Weights and Measures shall adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 incorporating by reference the package checking procedures, as adopted and as amended from time to time, by the National Conference on Weights and Measures and published in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 133, or subsequent corresponding handbook of the United States Department of Commerce.(P.A. 95-332, S. 2.)
