No public weighmaster shall weigh such petroleum products loaded on a vehicle or in a container for transportation and sign a delivery ticket therefor unless the public weighmaster has secured the tare weight of the vehicle or the container in which such petroleum products are loaded for the purpose of delivery.(1949 Rev., S. 6770; P.A. 24-142, S. 52.)History: P.A. 24-142 substituted 'public weighmaster' for 'public weigher' and made a conforming change, effective June 6, 2024.
