To the extent there is no conflict of interest between the holder of a power of appointment and a person represented with respect to the particular question or dispute: (1) The sole holder or all coholders of a power of appointment, whether or not presently exercisable, represent the potential appointees; and (2) the sole holder or all coholders of a power of revocation or a general power of appointment, including one in the form of a power of amendment, represent the takers in default of the exercise of the power.(P.A.19-137, S. 18.)History: P.A. 19-137 effective January 1, 2020.
