Any person who wilfully files a false or malicious application for removal of a parent or other guardian as guardian of the person of a minor, who wilfully conspires with another person to file or cause to be filed such an application or who wilfully testifies either in court or by report to the court falsely in any proceeding for removal of a parent or other guardian as guardian of the person of a minor, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.(P.A. 79-460, S. 6.)History: Sec. 45-43b transferred to Sec. 45a-615 in 1991.Annotation to former section 45-43b:Cited. 193 C. 393.
