A proceeding for involuntary representation in this state shall be subject to the provisions of part IV of this chapter, except that (1) jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with sections 45a-667g to 45a-667o, inclusive, and (2) the court of probate shall grant the parties the opportunity to present facts and legal arguments before issuing a decision on jurisdiction.(P.A. 12-22, S. 9.)
