(a) The Court Support Services Division shall maintain a statistical summary of all family violence cases referred to the family violence intervention units. Such summary shall include, but not be limited to, the number of family violence cases referred, the nature of the cases and the charges and dispositions.(b) The statistical summary reports prepared by the Court Support Services Division shall be submitted to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection on a monthly basis.
