Any parent or Indian custodian who voluntarily consents to a foster care placement under state law may withdraw such consent at any time and, upon such withdrawal, the Indian child shall be returned to the parent or Indian custodian.(P.A. 23-113, S. 12.)History: P.A. 23-113 effective June 26, 2023.
