Juvenile justice centers within the Office of Policy and Management for administrative purposes shall, on and after July 1, 1996, or upon the cessation of receipt of federal funds, whichever is later, be within the Judicial Department.(P.A. 95-225, S. 44, 52.)History: P.A. 95-225 effective July 1, 1996.
