§ 46b-425

If any provision of sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, or their application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end the provisions of sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, are severable.(P.A. 15-71, S. 78.)History: P.A. 15-71 effective July 1, 2015.
