A person who gave birth to a child and an alleged genetic parent of the child, a presumed parent under section 46b-488, or an intended parent under sections 46b-509 to 46b-517, inclusive, may sign an acknowledgment of parentage to establish the parentage of the child.(P.A. 21-15, S. 24.)History: P.A. 21-15 effective January 1, 2022.
