When any conveyance of land, situated in two or more towns, has been lost after being recorded in one or more of such towns, a certified copy of the record thereof may be recorded in the other towns; and, when so recorded, shall have the same effect as a record of the original instrument.(1949 Rev., S. 7099.)Cited. 228 C. 795; 237 C. 613.
