Connecticut Title 47 — Connecticut law

(a) Except as otherwise provided in sections 47-33m to 47-33t, inclusive, upon October 1, 1987, apply to all mineral interests, whether created before, on or after October 1, 1987.(b) An action may not be maintained to terminate a mineral interest pursuant to sections 47-33m to 47-33t, inclusive, until two years after October 1, 1987.(c) Sections 47-33m to 47-33t, inclusive, do not limit or affect any other procedure provided by law for extinguishing an abandoned or dormant mineral interest.(P.A. 87-283, S. 8.)
