§ 47.219

This chapter does not apply to common interest communities or units located outside this state, but the public offering statement provisions of sections 47-263 to 47-269, inclusive, apply to all contracts for the disposition of a unit in that common interest community signed in this state by any party following an offer made in this state unless exempt under subsection (b) of section 47-262.(P.A. 83-474, S. 20, 96; P.A. 09-225, S. 7.)History: P.A. 09-225 substituted 'contracts for the disposition of a unit in that common interest community' for 'contracts for the disposition thereof', effective July 1, 2010.
