In any action brought for the foreclosure of a mortgage upon land where the court may, in accordance with the provisions of section 49-22, issue execution of ejectment to the plaintiff and the mortgage loan has been guaranteed by the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs pursuant to Title III of an Act of Congress entitled 'Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944', the court may issue execution of ejectment to put in possession of such land the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, upon the filing by the plaintiff of an affidavit that (1) the guarantee has been honored by the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, (2) the plaintiff's title to the property has been conveyed to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs who has become subrogated to all the rights of the plaintiff in the property and (3) the foreclosure judgment has been assigned to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs.(1971, P.A. 251.)
