The authority dissolving the lien shall certify such dissolution upon the application, and forthwith return the application, notice, order and bond to the clerk of the superior court for the judicial district wherein such personal property is held under such lien, or wherein such lienor resides.(1949 Rev., S. 7244; P.A. 78-280, S. 2, 127.)History: P.A. 78-280 substituted 'judicial district' for 'county'.
