Connecticut Title 49 — Connecticut law

In any case in which a bond is substituted for a lien after an action for the collection of the lienor's charges has been commenced, the plaintiff in such action may amend his pleadings, without costs, so as to make the action one upon such bond.(1949 Rev., S. 7245.)
