Any United States or Connecticut state flag (1) displayed on or in any public building owned or leased by the state, or used for the purposes of sections 3-2b, 4b-14, 9-237 or 51-27g, and (2) purchased after July 1, 2009, shall be manufactured in the United States.(P.A. 09-224, S. 5.)History: P.A. 09-224 effective July 1, 2009.
