Each contract, subcontract or amendment to a contract or subcontract shall include any specifications established by the State Comptroller to ensure that all policies, procedures, processes and control systems, including hardware, software and protocols, which are established or provided by the contractor or subcontractor, shall be compatible with and support the state's core financial systems, including but not limited to, accounting, payroll, time and attendance, and retirement systems.(June 18 Sp.
