For purposes of this section and sections 4d-34 to 4d-39, inclusive, 'public record' means a public record, as defined in section 1-200, and also includes any recorded data or information relating to the conduct of the public's business prepared, owned, used, received or retained by a contractor or subcontractor for work under a contract, subcontract or amendment to a contract or subcontract, whether such data or information be handwritten, typed, tape-recorded, printed, photostated, photographed or recorded by any other method.(June 18 Sp.
