No contractor or subcontractor, or employee or agent of a contractor or subcontractor, shall sell, market or otherwise profit from the disclosure or use of any public records which are in its possession pursuant to a contract, subcontract or amendment to a contract or subcontract, except as authorized in the contract, subcontract or amendment.(June 18 Sp.
