The Joint Committee on Legislative Management and the commissioner may, by interagency agreement, provide for the General Assembly (1) to receive information system and telecommunication system facilities, equipment and services pursuant to contracts, subcontracts or amendments to contracts or subcontracts, and (2) to interconnect with state agency information systems and telecommunication systems.(June 18 Sp.
