The Office of Policy and Management shall (1) develop and implement an integrated set of policies governing the use of information and telecommunications systems for state agencies, and (2) develop a series of comprehensive standards and planning guidelines pertaining to the development, acquisition, implementation, oversight and management of information and telecommunications systems for state agencies.(P.A. 11-48, S. 14.)History: P.A. 11-48 effective July 1, 2011.
