On and after June 1, 2010, all state contracts of each state contracting agency that take effect on or after June 1, 2010, shall contain provisions to ensure accountability, transparency and results based outcomes, as prescribed by the State Contracting Standards Board. On and after June 1, 2010, all state contracts of the legislative branch and the judicial branch that take effect on or after June 1, 2010, shall contain provisions to ensure accountability, transparency and results based outcomes.(Sept.
