Not later than June 1, 2010, the State Contracting Standards Board shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to establish the process to be used to procure consultant services, and in consultation with the Attorney General, the type of contract to be used to procure such consultant services.(Sept.
