The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, which establish procedures and guidelines necessary to implement the provisions of section 5-248a, including but not limited to procedures for the periodic reporting by state agencies to the commissioner of their current experience with leaves of absence taken pursuant to said section.(P.A. 87-291, S. 2, 3; P.A. 13-247, S. 370.)History: P.A. 13-247 deleted obsolete references, effective July 1, 2013.
