Any state employee receiving compensation benefits in accordance with section 5-142 or 5-143 shall continue to accrue sick leave credits as provided in section 5-247 and vacation credits as provided in section 5-250 for the first twelve months of any such period of compensation in accordance with regulations issued by the Commissioner of Administrative Services.(1967, P.A. 657, S. 59; P.A. 77-614, S. 67, 610.)History: P.A. 77-614 replaced personnel policy board with commissioner of administrative services.
