A Judicial Department official authorized to administer oaths pursuant to section 1-24 may administer an oath or affirmation by means of an interactive audio visual device or other remote technology to any party, counsel, witness, or other participant in a court proceeding or appearing before such official for a purpose related to a court process.(P.A. 21-104, S. 56.)History: P.A. 21-104 effective June 28, 2021.
