No judge of the Supreme Court, Appellate Court or Superior Court or any family support magistrate shall use his judicial office or any confidential information received through his holding judicial office to obtain financial gain for himself, his spouse, child, child's spouse, parent, brother or sister or a business with which he is associated.(P.A. 84-435, S. 3, 6; P.A. 89-360, S. 23, 45.)History: P.A. 84-435 effective July 1, 1985; P.A. 89-360 applied provisions to family support magistrates.
