Whenever the Chief Court Administrator has reason to believe that a judge or family support magistrate has acted in a manner which gives the appearance of impropriety or constitutes an unfavorable judicial or magisterial practice, the Chief Court Administrator may issue an admonishment to the judge or family support magistrate recommending a change in such conduct or practice.
