Any former justice of the peace who has been removed from office for other cause than a conviction of crime may perfect his records from the files, as occasion may require, and give certified copies thereof, which shall be legal evidence.(1949 Rev., S. 7560.)A justice may perfect his records in another state. 28 C. 527.
