Connecticut Title 51 — Connecticut law

Each attested copy of any judgment of a justice of the peace which was recorded in the record book of the town where the action was brought, with a certificate of the town clerk that it has been recorded and with the seal of such town affixed thereto, shall be legal evidence in any court in this state.(1949 Rev., S. 7562.)
